Our standard MOQ is one 40ft container (approximately 26–28 tons). For private label orders, MOQ may vary depending on packaging customization.

Tu Charcoal exports to over 20 countries including South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Germany, the USA, and Australia. We are experienced in handling global logistics and documentation.

We offer multiple packaging options: 5kg, 10kg cartons, 20kg PP bags, or customized retail boxes. Each shipment is palletized and comes with full export documentation.

Typical lead time is 7–14 days for production and 2–4 weeks for ocean freight, depending on the destination port. Faster processing may be available for repeat orders or urgent shipments.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). 30% deposit by T/T and 70% against copy of B/L is a common option. For new buyers, L/C at sight is also welcomed.
